WHEN GOD REMEMBERS YOU IN YOUR PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT

When God moves supernaturally, it is easy to assume that only those “in the room,” “on the mountain,” or “in the direct circle” will experience the impartation. But Scripture shows us something remarkable: God never forgets those who are faithfully stationed in their assignment—even if they appear far away from where the action is happening.

One of the clearest biblical examples is found in Numbers 11, when Moses gathered seventy elders for an outpouring of the Spirit.

“And the LORD took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders… but there remained two of the men in the camp… and the spirit rested upon them.”

— Numbers 11:25–26

THEY WERE NOT IN THE TENT OF MEETING… BUT GOD REMEMBERED THEM

Eldad and Medad were not physically present with the others.

They were not in the prophetic gathering.

They were not in the “chosen circle.”

They were not in the place where the impartation was being visibly poured out.

But they were in the place of obedience.

They were within the boundary of their assignment.

And God, who sees every faithful heart, located them and gave them their portion.

This is God’s message for every usher, media worker, intercessor, children church worker, protocol officer, follow-up worker, sanctuary keeper, security volunteer, admin helper, musician, or anyone who—during a powerful move of God—may feel:

• “I missed it because I was serving.”

• “I wasn’t in the main hall.”

• “I wasn’t at the altar.”

• “I was running logistics.”

• “I was outside handling my assignment while others were being blessed.”

THE GOD WHO SEES IS THE GOD WHO REMEMBERS

Those who work behind the scenes are not invisible to God.

Your labour is not wasted.

Your assignment is not a distraction—it is obedience, and obedience is a magnet for divine remembrance.

God said in Hebrews 6:10:

“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love…”

If God would have been unrighteous to forget them, then divine remembrance is not a special favour—it is God’s nature.

DIVINE PORTION ALWAYS LOCATES THE FAITHFUL

Just like Eldad and Medad:

• You may be in the children’s department during impartation.

• You may be controlling traffic outside the church during a move of God.

• You may be handling livestream cables in the media unit.

• You may be carrying out an administrative task.

• You may even be at work or travelling for duty but connected to the ministry in covenant service.

You will not miss your portion.

If the Spirit could find Eldad and Medad in the camp…

He will find you in your service.

THE QUESTION IS NOT WHERE YOU STAND BUT WHERE YOUR HEART IS

God does not first check location;

He checks alignment.

Those whose hearts are right, loyal, and faithful will always be found by the move of the Spirit.

You may be absent physically, but you are present in spirit.

You may be serving quietly, but God is marking you loudly.

You may be unnoticed by man, but you are unforgettable to God.

YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT OUT

In this season of divine visitation, hear this prophetic assurance:

• Your portion is guaranteed.

• Your impartation is secure.

• Your reward is certain.

• Your divine remembrance is inevitable.

The God who found Eldad and Medad will find you.

The Spirit that rested on them will rest on you.

The grace that located them will locate you.

Continue in your assignment with joy.

Keep your heart aligned.

Stay faithful, and you will see the reward of faithfulness.

PRAYER

Father, thank You because You never forget the faithful.

Remember me in my place of assignment.

Let Your Spirit rest upon me.

Let me not miss my portion in this season of supernatural visitation.

Strengthen my hands, purify my heart, and cause Your grace to locate me.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

The Message Bearer, (SmilingPreacher) Cornelius Bella
