Knowing Them and Learning How to Use Them
There are no neutral zones in the Christian life. The day you became born again, you were born into a Kingdom, and every Kingdom has conflict, territory, and authority. Christianity is not a casual walk. It is a warfare journey, and God fully equipped us to win.
Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 (KJV):
“And I say also unto thee, Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”
Hell will attempt to resist you, oppose you, fight you, discourage you, and pull you down—but it shall not prevail, because God has given us weapons.
We are not helpless.
We are not unarmed.
We are not fighting in the dark.
The Bible declares:
2 Corinthians 10:4 (KJV)
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.”
Notice: WEAPONS — plural. There is not just one weapon. There is an arsenal.
And this warfare is real:
Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
So, the battle is not with people.
Your spouse is not the enemy.
Your boss is not the enemy.
Your children are not the enemy.
Your pastor is not the enemy.
Your neighbour is not the enemy.
The enemy is Satan and the forces that align with him.
Therefore, our weapons must be spiritual.
WHAT ARE THESE WEAPONS?
1. The Word of God
Ephesians 6:17 (KJV)
“…and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
The Word of God is your attack weapon.
You don’t fight Satan with emotions or opinions.
You fight him with It is written.
Jesus did not argue with the devil; He declared truth.
Scripture spoken in faith defeats darkness.
2. The Name of Jesus
Philippians 2:9–10 (KJV)
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow…”
His Name is a legal authority in the realms of the spirit.
Every demon recognizes it.
Every power submits to it.
The Name of Jesus is how believers enforce victory.
3. The Blood of Jesus
Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…”
The Blood speaks forgiveness, redemption, cleansing, and judgment on Satan’s accusations.
The Blood shuts the mouth of the enemy.
4. Prayer
Ephesians 6:18 (KJV)
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit…”
Prayer is not begging.
Prayer is enforcement.
Prayer is how we authorize heavenly intervention on earth.
Prayer changes atmospheres, destinies, and battles.
5. Praise and Worship
2 Chronicles 20:22 (KJV)
“And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the enemy…”
Praise is not entertainment.
Praise is a weapon of war that confuses the enemy.
6. The Whole Armour of God
Ephesians 6:10–11 (KJV)
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
The armour is not a metaphor—it is spiritual reality:
Breastplate of righteousness Belt of truth Shield of faith Helmet of salvation Gospel shoes of peace
You must wear them intentionally.
HOW TO USE YOUR WEAPONS EFFECTIVELY
Be spiritually awake (No careless living) Speak the Word daily Pray in the Spirit consistently Refuse fear Stay under spiritual covering (your church matters) Obey God quickly
We do not fight for victory.
We fight from victory.
Christ has already won.
We enforce what He finished.

The weapons only work for those in Christ.

WARFARE PRAYER POINTS
1. Declare the Victory of Christ
Scripture: Colossians 2:15 (KJV)
“And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
Prayer:
Father, I declare the finished victory of Christ over every power of darkness resisting my life. I enforce the triumph of Jesus in every area of my destiny, in Jesus’ Name.
2. Take Your Stand Against the Enemy
Scripture: Ephesians 6:11 (KJV)
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
Prayer:
Lord, I put on the whole armour of God. I take my stand. I refuse to be deceived, defeated, distracted, or discouraged. I stand strong in the power of the Holy Ghost.
3. Break Strongholds
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:4 (KJV)
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.”
Prayer:
In the Name of Jesus, every stronghold of fear, doubt, sin, sickness, stagnation, or delay in my life is pulled down now. I break every mental, emotional, and spiritual fortress of darkness.
4. Silence Accusations by the Blood
Scripture: Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…”
Prayer:
I silence every accusation of the enemy against my life by the Blood of Jesus. Let the Blood speak mercy, victory, and justification for me now, in Jesus’ Name.
5. Release the Fire of God Against Darkness
Scripture: Hebrews 12:29 (KJV)
“For our God is a consuming fire.”
Prayer:
O God of fire, arise and consume every works of darkness operating around my home, family, ministry, finances, and destiny. Let every satanic operation be burnt up now!
6. Scatter Every Evil Gathering
Scripture: Isaiah 54:15 (KJV)
“Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by Me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.”
Prayer:
Every evil gathering, counsel, conspiracy, or monitoring against my life—scatter by fire, in the Name of Jesus!
7. Wage War With the Word
Scripture: Matthew 4:4 (KJV)
“It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
Prayer:
Father, sharpen my tongue with Your Word. Let “It is written” arise in my spirit. I speak the Word of God against every satanic suggestion and attack.
8. Invoke the Name of Jesus
Scripture: Philippians 2:10 (KJV)
“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow…”
Prayer:
In the Name of Jesus, I command every knee bowing against my health, my progress, my peace, my marriage, my ministry, my children, and my destiny to bow now!
9. Establish Divine Dominion
Scripture: Luke 10:19 (KJV)
“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy…”
Prayer:
I take authority in Christ. I tread on serpents and scorpions. I crush every work of darkness under my feet. No power of the enemy shall harm me, in the Name of Jesus.
10. Release Praise as a Weapon
Scripture: 2 Chronicles 20:22 (KJV)
“And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the enemy…”
Prayer:
Father, I praise You now. Let every chain break. Let every prison open. Let every enemy be confused and defeated. Let supernatural victory break forth by praise!
