1️⃣ Conviction: The Holy Spirit shows you the truth about your sin and your need for a Saviour (John 16:8).
2️⃣ Confession: You agree with God about your sin — no excuses, no blame-shifting.
3️⃣ Conversion: You turn around. You leave the old life behind and embrace a new walk with Jesus.
Repentance is the door to salvation. Without repentance, forgiveness cannot take root, because grace flows only to the humble and surrendered.
Remember Saul on the road to Damascus? (Acts 9:1–6)
He wasn’t just convicted — he was converted. He fell to the ground, surrendered to Jesus, and became Paul, the Apostle.
That is what repentance does: it turns persecutors into preachers, sinners into saints, and wanderers into worshippers.
💡 WHY REPENTANCE MATTERS
• It brings forgiveness of sins. (1 John 1:9)
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
• It restores fellowship with God. Sin separates, but repentance reconnects.
• It opens the door to divine refreshing. The moment you turn, heaven rejoices, and the Spirit of God renews your strength.
• It transforms your eternal destiny. Hell is the reward for rebellion; heaven is the home for the repentant.
🙏 THE CALL OF GOD TODAY
Beloved, God is not angry with you — He is inviting you.
The voice of Jesus still calls out through the ages:
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
No matter what you’ve done, where you’ve been, or how far you’ve fallen, God’s mercy is still greater.
Repentance is your chance to begin again. You can start today — right where you are — and God will meet you with open arms.
🕊 SALVATION PRAYER
Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God.
I believe You died for me and rose again on the third day.
I confess that I have sinned and I ask for Your forgiveness.
Wash me clean with Your precious blood.
Come into my heart, Lord Jesus.
Be my Lord, be my Saviour, and be my King.
From today, I turn my back on sin and the world,
and I choose to follow You all the days of my life.
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit.
Strengthen me to live for You.
Thank You, Lord, for saving me.
Thank You for writing my name in the Book of Life.
I am Yours, and You are mine — forever.
