🔥 The Voice of God—Your Greatest Advantage in Life 🔥

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”

— John 10:27 (KJV)

In a world of many voices, only one voice guarantees your safety, destiny, and fulfilment—the Voice of the Lord. The sheep know the Shepherd’s voice. They don’t argue or resist it; they recognize it, obey it, and follow it. And in doing so, they are led beside still waters, into green pastures, and through paths of righteousness (Psalm 23:1–3).

But the goat—the stubborn, rebellious heart—refuses to hear. It resists correction, rejects shepherding, and wanders from the fold. These are the ones Satan seeks to devour, for “your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). He waits for the isolated, the disobedient, the unsubmitted—those disconnected from the voice of God and the structure of spiritual covering.

“God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.”

— Psalm 68:6 (KJV)

There is safety in divine placement. God places you in families—not just biological, but spiritual. Being rightly planted in your local church, under correct spiritual authority, is not a religious formality; it is divine strategy. It’s your advantage. When you are under the covering of shepherds who hear God and speak His voice into your life, you are preserved, guided, and aligned.

“Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.”

— Hebrews 13:17 (KJV)

Disobedience to the voice of your shepherd—your pastor, your spiritual leader—is disobedience to the voice of God. When you resist divine authority, you choose the dry land of spiritual drought. But when you hear and obey, you position yourself for divine advantage.

In my Church Dream Centre of the Life Oasis International Church this Month is the Voice of the Lord, let the following be your posture:

✅ Be a sheep that hears, knows, and follows.

✅ Stay planted in the church God has set you in.

✅ Submit to godly authority without rebellion or resistance.

✅ Let your obedience bring joy to those who watch over you.

✅ Train your spirit to discern and respond to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Declare today:

“Lord, make me sensitive to Your voice. Let me never resist Your leading. Place me where You want me to be, and keep me under the authority that speaks Your counsel. I choose to follow, to obey, and to flourish. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
