A Wake-Up Call for the End-Time Church

“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
— 2 Corinthians 2:11 (KJV)
The devil is not creative—he’s consistent. His tactics haven’t changed since Eden. He is still the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10), the father of lies (John 8:44), and the thief who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). He doesn’t need new tricks when the old ones still work.
And the most effective of them all? Isolation through offense.
Discouragement through delay.
Deception through partial truth.
🎯 Everyone Faces Trials — But Not Everyone Triumphs
Challenges are part of life—even the Christian life. But in the Church, people respond to adversity in two distinct ways:
1. Those who press deeper into God, growing stronger and more rooted in His Word.
2. Those who pull away, growing cold, bitter, and increasingly vulnerable to the enemy.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”
— 1 Peter 5:8 (KJV)
The lion doesn’t hunt the herd—it hunts the stragglers. Those who drift away from spiritual covering. Those who stop showing up. Those offended, isolated, or weary. That’s when the enemy pounces.
🚨 Stop Reacting Against God’s Structure
If your struggle is pushing you away from the house of God, the people of God, or the man of God, pause. That’s the devil’s foothold.
“Neither give place to the devil.”
— Ephesians 4:27 (KJV)
Ask yourself:
• Why am I pulling away from my spiritual lifeline?
• Am I reacting as though God’s house caused my pain?
• Do I honestly believe Satan will fix what he caused?
The devil creates chaos then whispers lies to pull you out of the very system God designed for your restoration. The Church is not your problem—it’s your covering.
“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
— Proverbs 14:12 (KJV)
🛑 Don’t Let Shame or Pride Rob You
The enemy’s strategy is clear:
1. Lure you away through offense or pain.
2. Isolate you in shame or pride.
3. Multiply your suffering until you’re too ashamed to return.
But God is not like man. His arms are always open. His Church is a hospital, not a courtroom.
“Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings.”
— Jeremiah 3:22 (KJV)
No matter what you’ve done or how far you’ve wandered, come home. You don’t need to fake it. You just need to return.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?”
— Romans 8:35 (KJV)
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together… but exhorting one another…”
— Hebrews 10:25 (KJV)
🙏 Let This Be Your Vow Today:
“Lord, I will draw nearer in adversity, not drift away. I will seek You more, not less. I will never give the enemy the satisfaction of seeing me walk away from the structure You planted me in.”
🌱 Let God Deal With the Root
The devil deals in symptoms—God goes for the root. Don’t settle for surface fixes. Don’t chase quick solutions.
“Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”
— Matthew 15:13 (KJV)
The world offers substitutes. God offers healing. The world gives distractions. God gives deliverance.
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
— 2 Timothy 3:5 (KJV)
🔥 You Will Give Your Own Account
Your walk with God is not about who offended you, what church hurt you, or what didn’t go your way. On the final day, you alone will give account.
“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”
— Romans 14:12 (KJV)
“The Lord knoweth them that are his.”
— 2 Timothy 2:19 (KJV)
Be faithful. Be focused. Be found on fire when the Master returns.
“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy…”
— Luke 21:36 (KJV)
“He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
— Matthew 24:13 (KJV)
