Praying in the Spirit:
Praying in the Spirit involves praying with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us and helps us to pray according to God’s will. Romans 8:26 says, “Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.” This means that praying in the Spirit can help us to express our deepest emotions and concerns to God, even when we don’t have the words to articulate them.
