Walking in the Covenant of Healing is not just a desire or wish, it is a reality that we can experience daily.
The Bible is filled with promises and principles that guide us in our quest for healing, and we must take them seriously if we want to see results.
Exodus 15:26 reminds us that God is Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. He is not the author of sickness, and there is no sickness in the covenant. Our healing is supernatural, and we receive it by faith. We need to diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord, do what is right in His sight, and keep His commandments.
The Word of God is powerful, and it is the medicine that we need for our healing. Psalm 107:20 tells us that God sent His Word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. So, when we desire Divine healing, we need to soak ourselves in the Word of God because the Word will hit the sickness before prayer does.
However, it’s not enough to just read the Word; we need to act on it by faith. We need to confess it, meditate on it, and declare it over our lives. We need to align our expectations with our confessions because what we are expecting is what will show up.
It’s important to note that the presence of symptoms does not mean that nothing has started happening positively in us after prayer. We need to keep our faith switch turned on until the symptoms dry off and fall off. This means that we need to keep believing and confessing the Word of God even when we don’t see immediate results.
Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24 remind us that by the stripes of Jesus, we were healed.
Everything that God has given us in Christ, we can access by faith. We need to believe and trust in God’s Word and not let the devil steal our faith.
In Malachi 4:2, we are told that for those who fear God’s name, the Sun of righteousness will arise with healing in His wings. As we walk in the Covenant of Healing, we can rest in the assurance that God is faithful to His promises, and He will bring healing to our bodies, minds, and spirits.
In conclusion, let us take the time to study, meditate on, and declare the Word of God over our lives. Let us act on our faith, keeping our expectations aligned with our confessions, and trust in the faithfulness of our Covenant-keeping God. Remember, if our faith has not failed, we have not failed.
