Consecration And Divine Buoyancy

A picture was impressed upon my spirit during my morning devotion:

Imagery:

A bowl – that had a rubber ball in it – and as the water was poured into the bowl, the ball started rising – if no water was poured, the ball remained at a particular level. Only when water was poured into the bowl did the ball rise.

The bowl size determined how much water it could take. The faster the water is poured in, the faster the rubber ball rises.

Interpretation:

The ball is the spirit of man and the content of a man’s divine destiny.

The pouring of water is the amount of spiritual activity a man engages in; the water holds the content of the divine requirement for your life and destiny, your consecrations.

Your consecrations are attended to not by just knowing them but by doing them. If you do not do them, there is a level you will remain at, and if you do them, there are levels you can rise to.

There is a level you must rise to for aspects of your divine destiny to come to fulfilment. And there is a rate at which you must rise for you to be able to fulfil your divine destiny on time; before rapture or by the time God calls you home.

There was another image of an external source that was send heats waves into the water, causing it to vaporise, and the level of the water drops as evaporation takes place, and the rubber ball sinks to a lower level.

There is an adversary’s move – the impact of the evaporation is seen more where the water had stopped being poured, or the water was being poured too slowly.

But where the water was being poured steadily and continuously, it was as if the heat waves from the external source had no effect at all.

This means the adversary only gets the upper hand when we fail to do our consecrations or we do it poorly.

Many of the issues observed in some Christians’ life is due to the adversary gaining the upper hand. The damage the devil can inflict upon a child of God is dependent on the level of diligence they put into doing their consecration.

Consecration is a total separation unto God is a posture and positioning that brings to bear upon a person the full ownership of God. It is an alignment with God’s perfect will. It makes one truly an apple of God’s eye.

There are general consecrations and specific ones:

General:

  • Prayers with understanding and in the Spirit
  • Reading, studying and meditating upon the word of God
  • Sensitivity and responsiveness to the leading of the Holy Spirit
  • You are attending, participating in your local church activities, and going through the training and processing.

Special:

  • You are doing the general consecration but may be required to do more than others are doing.
  • You may not be allowed certain things that others are allowed to do, eat and drink normally.
  • God will have given instructions of your special consecration through a proper divine channel.

When you observe your consecrations, it is an upwards and forward movement for you in life. It permits an increase on every side experience, and you can resist the adversary, and he will flee from you.

Keep pouring the water into the bowl, steadily continuously do your consecrations, and expand the bowl as needs be to allow yourself gain more capacity and stamina for divine things through divine training and assignments and keep on rising higher and higher like an edifice as you fulfil your divine purpose and destiny.
