The Bible – God’s Word is Your Advantage
You are going to need your Bible. Please open your Bible to Psalm 19: 7-11 and read.
God’s Word is perfect in every way, and here below are some of the life-changing effects of reading and studying the Bible – God’s Word, according to Psalm 19: 7-11:

2. It gives you wisdom – leads you to the truth.
3. God ways taught in His Word changes the simple into the wise.
4. It gives joy to your heart – makes you joyful. It gives light to your eyes – the revelation light of God’s Word makes your spirit shine radiantly.
5. The rarest treasures of life are found in God’s Word and prized as finest gold.
6. Sweeter also than honey are God’s Living-Words. God’s Words are sweet like honey dripping from the honeycomb!
7. It warns you of danger and guides you away from the path of evil.
8. It brings you great reward – there is a lifetime guarantee of great success if you are obedient to the teachings and instructions of God’s Word.
We all need the transforming power of God’s word in so many ways. Whether you are seeking wisdom in stressful and complex situations, encouragement when you are downhearted, or guidance on the way forward, you can find help in the pages of the Bible.
Reading the Bible and praying are very closely associated. Don’t simply read the Bible for information, but to hear God speaking to you.

Dear Spirit of God, help me read and study the Bible – applying them to my own life. God, I thank you that in *obeying* Your Words there is great reward. Help me always to put Your life-changing words into practice in Jesus Name. Amen!

⁃ Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?
⁃ Do you believe that He died on the cross for your sins and rose again? Do you believe that He is able to save you?
⁃ Do you believe that He is willing to save you?
⁃ Do you believe that He would come into your heart and save you right now if you asked Him to?
If the answer to these questions is “Yes,” then I ask, “Would you like to ask the Lord Jesus to come into your heart right now?
If so, then pray this prayer:
Father, I come to you in the Name of Jesus. I know that I’m a sinner and cannot save myself. But Jesus died for me; He shed His blood that I might be saved; today, I accept Jesus as my personal Lord and saviour, forgive me all my sins, wash me with your blood and make me whole. I forsake the devil, the world and all sinful habits; I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Father, I thank you because you have saved me in Jesus name. Amen.
