Are You Following Jesus Christ 100%, All The Time And All The Way?!
Beloved brothers and sisters, what are you doing for Jesus’ sake? If you are going to follow Christ, then follow altogether. Not half and half. No dilly dallying. No one leg in and one leg out.
Check what you are doing daily: are you doing God’s will, your will or the devil’s will?
Do not be ignorant nor tolerant of the devices of the devil. You must Resist him steadfastly (1 Peter 5:9).
And please understand the difference between God’s view, the devil’s view camouflaged as human view. Live life with divine revelation (Ephesians 1:18) if you don’t want to be a prisoner of demonic deception (Matthew 24:5).
Read: Matthew 16:23-27 NLT
…“Get away from me, Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, not from God’s.”
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me. If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it.
And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?
Is anything worth more than your soul?
There is nothing to gain partnering with the thief (John 10:10a), Satan: who steals, kills and destroys. What you think you are gaining serving his will – you will assuredly lose, and your soul will be lost with it.
The decisions we make daily matter. Decisions for God or against Him, for self or another man. Every decision or choice we are making must be decisions we are ready to give an account for someday soon before the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:52). There is a day of reckoning.
If you would Live life prepared to give an account as if Jesus is returning today, you will always almost get your priorities right all the time.
“For the Son of Man (Jesus Christ) will come with His angels in the glory of His Father (God Almighty) and will judge all people according to their deeds.”
We ought to consider these things.
Let’s ask the Holy Spirit to help us. May our garments be white and may our heads never lack oil.
Help me Holy Spirit to always live ready in Jesus Name!
