Isaiah 26:3 AMP
“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character] Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].
Any time you take God out of the centre of your life and put anything else there — no matter how good it is — you’re going to worry.
Worrying is unhelpful. It changes nothing except you – making you miserable.

Can anyone, by worrying, add a single hour or anything to their life?

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.
But you can’t give up what you are still holding on to? Do it get rid of those worries: Push them off, take them off, throw them away, distance yourself from them…Cast them off!
Let Go of them-Let God take them over!
God will keep His promises. Don’t ever doubt that.
