The Chapter 2 of this story was enabled to continue by my daughter’s response. I read Chapter One (My Inheritance) to her, and she said that she would be interested to know what the terms and conditions were.

Chapter 2

The Terms and Conditions

On hearing what the lawyer had to say, he went silent—thinking deeply.

Not that he was really interested in his father’s Will, but he was curious to know what the terms and conditions were.

He asked the lawyer, “would it be okay to know the terms and conditions before I agree to sign and accept my father’s Will?”

The lawyer said yes, but it is not something I can tell you over the phone, nor can I message, email, nor post it as a letter. It has to be said to you face to face.

If you are still interested, said the lawyer, I can give you the address to the venue, date and time?

Answer me this:
Would you want to have a face to face meeting with the lawyer? Would you say yes, give me those details?
