Making A Demand On The Covenant

To whom it may concern,

Galatians 6:7-9 Amplified Bible
7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked [He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap. 8 For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9 Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap if we do not give in.

Dear sir and ma,
Except you are a typically lazy person, but if you are not then you would agree with me that it takes great ability – mental and physical to do a lot of the things you do in your secular life, but then it seems that when it comes to doing the things of God you assume the position of inability (intelligence, strength, focus etc. flies out of the window), professionalism and ethics or decorum vanish into thin air. After recognising that Satan the adversary works very hard to make us piss God off. The truth is often that capacity for the things of God is not what you are lacking but you have a misplaced priority. And it is to your mockery, not God’s if when the secular life and living you have so prioritised fails you badly that that is when you have time for God and the things of God.

Exodus 19:5 AMPC
5 Now, therefore, if you will obey My voice in truth and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own peculiar possession and treasure from among and above all peoples; for all the earth is Mine.

Yes, praise and glory be to God for He is a Covenant keeper but you have not kept the Covenant yet you make demands during your panic-ridden prayers as one who has authority to command that the Covenant should work for you? No, you cannot make such a demand because you were not committed to God. If that sounds like you – God has sent this word and instruction to you as His outstretched arm of love and kindness to help you get it right. Go now before the Mercy Seat of God and Repent sincerely, firstly for taken God for granted and for treating holy things as common. Let the Holy Spirit bring you back into alignment. Let God and the things of God find a sure prominence in your life. Give God and the things of God due priority henceforth – it is Covenant compliance that gives you the right to make a demand on the Covenant. And behold God’s Covenant is with you indeed when you are with God and you are Covenant compliant.

Genesis 17:4a KJV
As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee…

It shall be well in Jesus Name.

Be blessed.
