He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
Ephesians 4:10-13 KJV
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
1 Corinthians 12:28 KJV

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 12:6-8 KJV
The Divine involvement in the calling of a man into ministry makes such a called man an expert in the area of his calling.
As long as the called makes himself available God will supply the ability. All the supernatural abilities required for the called to be an expert is supplied through trainings, carrying out assignments, impartations and Divine donations.
“But he must be available and positioned to receive ability”.
– Rev Olusola Areogun
Listed 1 to 7 below are the understanding I recieved of who an expert is and of the type of expert we should be in the calling:
1. No matter how much people know about a subject, an expert knows a lot more, he has the complete knowledge and accurate understanding and can do much more with the knowledge he has.
2. An expert has a quicker understanding of any subject in his field.
3. New information relevant to his field are assimilated quicker and better than anybody else.
4. An expert does not compete with others. He knows he is unique. He is aware that he is equipped to succeed.
5. An expert never stops developing himself. He cannot tolerate a mediocre existence.
6. An expert is conversant with what is required per time. He is not only current but also ahead of others.
7. An expert is never without help. He knows who to go to and where to go to to get the type of help he needs.
The Calling comes with Divine graces, Divine equipping and Divine supernatural help.
The called can be an expert according to Divine standards as long as he/she is truly and fully connected to the One who called him/her through consistent intimacy with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God and he/she is diligently fufilling the terms and conditions of the Calling. Such will do much more than he/she can think or imagine in Faith to the Glory of God.
Jesus said: In John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Only as an expert in the calling can we do the greater works.
Prayer:
God help me to be the expert I ought to be in the area of my calling, help me Holy Spirit to do beyond the ordinary through the calling to the Glory of God Almighty. In Jesus Name. Amen!
Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]– To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).
Ephesians 3:20-21 AMPC
