The Strength that Never Fails

What awesome wisdom it is to surround yourself with men who are in support of your course. People that motivate you and strengthen you towards achieving your goals. But I say to you it is folley to rest your life on the strength of men alone and not the God Almighty.

A truly victorious life requires divine strength. Strength that does not get exhausted, that does not weaken in intensity and a strength that never ever fails.

1 Samuel 30:6 NLT
David was now in great danger because all his men were very bitter about losing their sons and daughters, and they began to talk of stoning him. But David found strength in the Lord his God.
1 Samuel 30:6 NLT

David was faced with a very strange dilemma, his supporters, his men of valour, his bodyguards, people he once trusted his life to were going to stone him to death. There was no physical, emotional, mental strength available anywhere…he would have had his life snuffed out just like that, if not that he knew where to find the strength that does not abandon: “David found strength in the Lord his God”. Did you notice the personalisation “The Lord his God”.

Divine strength is always available to the child of God. To those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Those who have a vital relationship with God the Father through Christ Jesus His Son. The genuinely born-again Christian.

Romans 8:28 KJV 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

If you do not already have such an essential and vital relationship with God, I ask you then: what would happen if all the strength of men you have depended on thus far fails against the evil that seeks to take you out, I ask again what would happen to you?

Not only is it wisdom, but also safety if a man would come to God. The living God. The Good God. The God Who is Love. The God Almighty. And what great privilege and joy that this Glorious God Graciously would choose and permit that same man to come to Him.

Psalm 65:4 KJV
Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

The Lord is my God, He is my Rock, He is my Shelter and my Shield. The Rock (Strength) that never fails, I am hiding in you, I’ve found safety in You. In You there is Super-power.
My God, my Rock, the Strength that never fails I am hiding in you, I’ve find Peace in you
In You there is Victory.

I made that decision long ago that the God Almighty would be my God, by accepting Jesus as my Saviour and Lord. And my journey in life has been upwards and forwards with Jesus leading me on.

God is for me and no enemy nor contrary circumstances have prevailed against my God and I.

I don’t know what you are thinking right now but know that there is no other name given to man by which they can be saved but “Jesus”….there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among people by which we must be saved [for God has provided the world no alternative for salvation].”
ACTS 4:12 AMP

Are born-again? Then keep rejoicing and keep pressing on to higher grounds in the Lord, you are in a good place.

Are you in a backsliding state? Jesus has not condemned you. Repent genuinely and return to God.

Are you not yet born-again? There is hope for you:

Salvation through Christ Jesus is free but you must make the decision to recieve it.

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16 NLT

“…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”.
Romans 10:9‭-‬10 KJV

Now Pray this prayer meaningfully if you are willing to be born-again:

“Lord Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe Your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Saviour. Amen”.

Congratulations if you’ve just said that prayer and I joyously welcome you to the higher life in Christ Jesus. You are now on the path of your divine destiny and your God given dreams are very possible.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
